A note from Matt

Before I owned NBX Bikes, I worked for 18 years at Caster’s Bicycles in Warwick. I learned the value of good old fashioned customer service from Reed Caster and at his family-owned bicycle shop. Working with Reed at Caster’s made me the bike shop owner that I am today.

Caster's is now NBX Bikes My plan for NBX has always been the same as the Caster’s; to be an active part of our community, instilling the love of bicycling and fitness while providing top notch service to our customers and to pass our family owned business on to the next generations of our family.

I am proud to announce, with great honor and respect, that as of May 1^st2013, Caster’s Bicycles has become NBX Bikes. Reed Caster has entrusted his family business to me and I intend to carry on the bicycle retail business in the Caster’s Bicycles family way.
