FAMILY BIKE DAY 
May 1st 9am - 3pm Blackstone River National Park
Join us for Family Bike Day at the Kelly House located on the Blackstone River Bikeway in Lincoln, RI. Join us for bike demos, clinics, and family fun!
Bike MS INFORMATION NIGHT
Wednesday May 4th, 6pm - 7pm at NBX of Warwick
The annual MS Society fundraising ride, MS Ride the Road 2016 is in July. Join NBX and team Beer Gutz for an information night at NBX of Warwick. The team will tell you everything you need to know about the ride and their team. We will also go over basic nutrition, training, and bicycle repair. There might even be a raffle, so don't miss it!

Exciting News!Helen and Rob Foulkes, the "Bicycle Folks" at East Providence Cycle, have announced that they are retiring at the end of November. The Foulkes have owned and managed their bicycle business for 45 years and have seen it grow to become one of the most respected bicycle operations in the United States. On December 2, the "Name over the Door" changed to NBX Bikes headed by Matt Bodziony. Helen and Rob have known and respected Matt for many years and chose him to carry on the Foulkes Family's legacy of outstanding customer service since our start in 1951. 2016 Ride for a Reason - Bike MS Ride the Rhode

Bike MSRide the Rhode 2015 is the second largest Bike MS event in New England. On June 20-21, more than 500 cyclists will journey along the scenic coast and through the winding country roads of Rhode Island to celebrate the 28th annual event. Route options include a choice of 75 or 100 miles on Saturday and 75 miles on Sunday. We will celebrate the completion of the first day with a barbecue and beer garden on the campus of The University of Rhode Island. Enjoy the comfort of URI’s updated dormitory facilities Saturday night and be well rested and ready to ride on Sunday.
