It might look normal from the outside, but the engineering inside this incredible new chain design is anything but normal and it makes possible a gear range previously found only in 2-chainring drivetrains. And it’s also the biggest contributor to the Eagle drivetrain’s ultra-smooth, precise, durable and quiet performance. The Eagle chain’s links have a smooth radius, with no sharp edges or chamfers, which yield a significant reduction in noise, friction and wear on chainrings and cassette cogs. This design also allows for a flatter plate, which means more consistent chain riveting and greater overall strength. HARD CHROME technology extends the chain’s optimal performance life, and a Titanium Nitride coating on the Gold and Black models decreases corrosion and further reduces friction.

The 710 Tour and Travel Grip features a well thought-out shape, with the wings pulled down far, making the perfect combination of comfort and driving dynamics. The 710 user is a comfort-oriented mountain biker or a sporty trekking biker. This relief wing, which is located at the very edge and deeply extends downwards, frees up space for securely grasping the grip body in all situations. The raised end of the grip externally nestles against the side of the hand, while the inside is somewhat more elevated. As a result, it specifically relieves the ulnar nerve, the median nerve, and the carpal tunnel. The clamp is located on the inner side of the grip. This increases the shock absorption and comfort on the hand’s outer side. It is not compatible with twist grips. Various rubber compounds ensure a perfect grip level and high comfort. We only use the best possible materials to avoid sticky/gummy rubber. This grip is a bit more difficult to install because the clamping is inside and only on the inner third. MTB fork seals are a vital protective part of the overall front suspension system, with a crucial impact on riding comfort and trouble-free operation in the harshest environments. This completely redesigned fork seal — adding on to SKF’s well established fork seals range that has already been available on the market for more than 10 years — consists of newly developed rubber compounds and new geometries for both the scraper lip and the sealing lip. The co-molded combination of compounds, together with improved sealing lip properties, offers enhanced followability on the shaft.
